Gratefulness // Happy Sunday

You know when you just sit down and think, and you just feel so grateful for everything? So happy with how things are? Well that's how I feel right now.

I laid on my yoga mat after stretching with The All American Rejects playing and a few songs that I used to absolutely love came on and so many feelings came rushing back to me. I feel so happy, so grateful for the people I have in my life and for the opportunities that I have been given, especially moving to London for a year. This morning I went and sat in this cute little artisan coffee shop near where I live, I took my laptop and sat with my favourite music in my ears, a cup of coffee, and got lots of work done. I was going through old pictures for my blog and it just made me realise how lucky I am, and the music that I listened to reminded me of how far I have come, I still can't believe I live in London ON MY OWN haha it's insane. So crazy. You know the saying that once you start counting your blessings you'll find it hard to stop? Well, it's right! It really is. I think it's so important to take time out and think of all the things and people you are grateful for to have in your life. It makes you feel more content. It's a great idea to write them down so that when you have a bad day or you feel sad, you can look at your list and realise that all it is, is a bad day.

Here are the things that I'm grateful for:

1. My home, the beach, the ocean.

2. My friends, Claudine, James, Chloe, Rhys, Niall, Em, Nuveen, Libby, Ella, Joe, the list goes on

3. NETFLIX !! hehe I spend too much time on here watching 90210

4. Exercise and running

5. Books and the ability to read

6. My blog

7. Photography and pictures
